Izzy Special Fish Curry

Since my childhood i only new two types of fish food, if you are hungry run to chips chop and buy fish and chips or some time we used to cook Indian / Pakistani style fried fish, had no clue if there are thousands of different ways of cooking fish around the world. Really the first time i had tasted the fish was when i sold a property to an Bangladeshi and he invited me to his house for dinner, that is when first time I had real taste of fish and I would say the people who know how to enjoy this God given food are people of Bangladesh and believe me they know how to make best dishes of fish.

Everyone has at least one favorite dish and I have few, fish curry is one of them you have not tried this one and that is my guaranty. Its my recipe, invented by me and enjoyed by good amount of people. I came up with this recipe just by accident, we bought fish to fry for some guests but it had too much small bones and we decided to steam the fish to get all the bones out but we over steamed it and it broke in pieces, i decided to add all the spices i had prepared for it and try cooking in a non stick skillet we bought from Mr Salad which need no oil or water, so added few more items and guests did not touch any other curry, everyone loved it and since then this dish has become regular in our house, hope you will like it. If you like it please do use comment box below and do not forget to subscribe our site to get new recipes everyday, we don't just share the recipes from around the world, we dig the history for you to bring some of the best recipes for you and we bring the memories of ancient life into your kitchen.
