Spicy Chicken Legs and thighs

Chicken is the most famous meat in the world, not only because it is the healthiest meat but also because there are so many dishes you can do with chicken and taste wise it has no rival.
When you are talk about health it is preferred by the specialists.
Chicken meat contains about two to three times as much polyunsaturated fat than most types of red meat. Chicken includes low fat in the meat itself excluded the skin because skin does contains high level fat.


Today I am going to share with you Spicy Chicken Legs and thighs, a must have dish in any kind of party. When it comes to Indian or Pakistani celebrations of any kind you know the chicken legs are certainly on the menu. Any party or celebrations without chicken roasts is like yeah man! they just wasted my time.


OK lets start!

Ingredients:

1: Chicken Legs and thighs without skin  6 pieces
2: Chilli flakes 1 tbs
3: Roast masala 2 tbs
4: Garlic paste 1 ts
5: Turmeric powder 1/2 ts
6: Salt 1/2 ts
7: Thick Greek yogurt 2 tbs
8: Lemon juice 1 ts
9: All spices 1/2 ts
10: Oil to fry the chicken

Marination of chicken:

Make the cuts on the Chicken Legs and thighs by using the knife.
In a large bowl add Chicken Legs and thighs pieces and chilli flakes, roast masala, garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, thick Greek yogurt, lemon juice and all spices.
Mix everything by using your hands (washed) and marinate the chicken well.
Once all done cover the chicken and put it in the fridge for 2 hours for best taste

Heat the oil on medium gas, once oil is hot put the Chicken Legs and thighs pieces and roast till brown and crispy.

Enjoy with salad.
