Delicious Chicken Gobi (cauliflower) Recipe [ A cricket player invention]

It is said to have been invented in 1975 by Nelson Wang, a cook at the Cricket Club of India in Mumbai, when a customer asked him to create a new dish, different from what was available on the menu. We combine some of the best recipes of ancient Cultures with an blend of modern day Desi Taste!

Garan Masala:

Ingredient:

 Boneless chicken cut in small pieces 1kg

Cauliflower 2 cut in pieces

 Cooking Oil 2tbs

Onion 2 medium chopped

Garlic cloves about 2tbs (depending on how much you like garlic)

Red chilli powder 2tbs (depends how hot you want but Gobi more hotter more tastier)

Salt as per taste

Tomatoes 3 chopped (i am using home grown fresh plum tomatoes)

Coriander powder 1tbs

Garam Masala 1ts

Crushed Green chillies 1tbs

Cumin seeds crushed 1ts

Mathod:

In a cooking pot add Cooking oil, add onion and saute till golden brown, add garlic cloves, add red chilli powder, salt mix will and cover with a lod, let it cook on low to medium heat for around 3 minutes (keep stirring in between in case it sticks at the bottom).

Add tomatoes and mix well, cover with a lid and let it cook on low heat for few minutes.

Add chicken and mix well, cover with a lid and let it cook till chicken is tender.

Add Cauliflower mix well, cover with a lid and let it cook.

 Add Grushed green chillies mix well, cover with a lid and let it cook till it's water dries and oil starts to float.

Add crushed cumin seeds and garam masala.

Enoy with naans, chapatis, bread
