Home made sugarfree Badam Burfi Recipe Diwali Special
Barfi, barfee, borfi or burfi is a dense milk-based sweet from the
Indian subcontinent, and a type of mithai. The name is a derivative of
the Hindustani word barf, which means snow.
Ingredients:
Milk 5ltrs full fat
Powdered Mil half cup
Condensed milk 400 gram
Almonds 40g ground
Mathod:
Boil the milk in a large pan on high flames, add powdered milk and let it cook. add condensed milk and almonds. when its thick paste transfer it to large bowl and gring till smooth. transfer it in a tray with baking paper lined and make cuts. leave it in fridge over night.
